I took the exam in New York, but all the information was based in Oregon. The course was supposed to be 8 hrs, but I had to watch for 10 hrs before i could take the exam. The information was based on pre 2020 data and not up to date. At least 4 parts of the video was repeated which was not good and the last part of the video was the best but was not part of the 8hrs (and yet i had to watch it) explaining how to properly inspect the harness, the anchors and how to retrieve a person in distress. The video needs to be updated and more information that is beneficial to the workers.
