Charlie, Thank you for the opportunity to renew my SSC license by taking this online 8-hour refresher. The class was a little brutal as it timed to over 11 hours to complete. Also, the exam portion may have some glitches. I don't think I saw all 25 questions so I missed a few. But thankfully I still passed. One of the questions said that SSM must meet "how often" and the answer options were True or False instead of 1 week, etc. Other than that, I'm happy I didn't have to fly to NYC to complete my refresher course, avoiding the mandatory quarantine restrictions on us Floridians!! The course was generally very informative. Some chapters the audio was out of sync from the written. Some questions upon which your final grade was based on were not in the test !
