Charlie, Thank you for the opportunity to renew my SSC license by taking this online 8-hour refresher. The class was a little brutal as it timed to over 11 hours to complete. Also, the exam portion may have some glitches. I don't think I saw all 25 questions so I missed a few. But thankfully I still passed. One of the questions said that SSM must meet "how often" and the answer options were True or False instead of 1 week, etc. Other than that, I'm happy I didn't have to fly to NYC to complete my refresher course, avoiding the mandatory quarantine restrictions on us Floridians!!
